1.Valid for:
(1) Information exchange from Association to members or companies not belonging to Association.
(2) Information exchange between members and companies not belonging to Association via Association.
2.Description for "Information"
The "valid information" here refers to the information provided by the donor which can help the recipient win the bid or gain economy profits in international contract.
3.Procedure for information exchange:
(1) The donor submits the intention documents for project information exchange.
(2) Association finds the prospective recipient for the project.
(3) Association arranges the discussion for both parties concerned, and draft the contracts with the agreed items by both parties. Association will be the witness for the signing of the contracts.
4.Fees for the information exchange:
(1) The recipient should pay the fees according to the payment term, percentage of the contract's total value or the amount agreed by both parties to the donor once the recipient win the bid the information facilitated.
(2) Association will not charge if it plays the part of a witness, while if it is the donor of the information it will charge according to this regulation.
5. Function of Association in information exchange service:
Association will be responsible for collecting, sorting and confirming of projects, tender and other kinds of information, and will help to verify the facticity of the information. When there is dispute and dissension during the exchange, Association will mediate the dispute.
